Information for foreigners staying in our hotel

Dear guests,

As part of your stay at our hotel, it is important that you are aware of some of the legal requirements regarding the accommodation of foreigners in the Czech Republic.

This information is crucial to ensure the smooth running of your visit and to comply with applicable laws.

Obligation to Present a Valid Travel Document

Foreigners, including children under the age of 15, must present a valid travel document when crossing the Czech Republic's state border.

Every foreigner, regardless of age, is obliged to have his/her own travel document when entering and staying in the Czech Republic.

This requirement is in accordance with Section 108 of Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic and on amendments to certain acts.

Registration of Accommodated Foreigners

Pursuant to Section 97 of Act No. 326/1999 Coll., accommodation establishments are obliged to keep records of data on accommodated foreigners and to provide such data to the Police of the Czech Republic upon request.

For children under 15 years of age staying in a hotel, the accommodation establishment must record their data, such as name, date of birth, travel document number and other required information.

Online Check-In with Subsequent Check

We offer an online check-in option to speed up the formalities on your arrival. We will send you a link where you can complete your details in advance.

When you arrive at reception, we will then simply check these details and you will sign the form.

Important Notice

In case the child or any other foreigner does not have a valid passport, we are obliged to inform the Foreign Police.

This is in accordance with Czech law, and we want to assure you that this is standard procedure.
